Recent Projects

Another residential project Fluenta plumbing has completed in 2020 would be this brand-new house located in Eastwood, Sydney.

This particular project was completed for a return customer we have dealt with for over 5 years. The property is now a two-storey luxury house.

Throughout the build of the luxury house, we have installed all new water services including hot, cold and rainwater. We have also installed a new sewer system and stormwater system. In regards to plumbing, the house features 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a butler’s pantry with its own sink, laundry, outdoor BBQ area, gas fireplace, an underground rainwater tank for garden taps and toilets, a hot water system and a stormwater absorption trench.

We worked with the architects and interior designers throughout the build to achieve their desired plan. We also installed all plumbing-related fixtures within the house.

Fluenta plumbing was commended for doing such a great job from start to finish.

Luxury New Build

One of Fluenta plumbing’s commercial projects consisted of a new dental clinic completed in 2020. Dental First located in Wentworthville, Sydney.

What we provided for our customer included services such as new hot and cold water pipework throughout the whole property, a completely new sewer system, a complete new stormwater system, natural gas pipework, compressed air lines, suction and vacuum lines, a new hot water system, backflow prevention devices and also the installation of all plumbing related fixtures.

The fixtures we installed these services for were everything a dental clinic would need to operate such as dental chairs, commercial sinks for cleaning dental tools, commercial dishwashers, gas and compressed air tools and cleaning units, sensor taps, bathrooms, disabled bathrooms, staff kitchen sinks and wash bays.

By the end of the job, our customer was very impressed with our quality work and attitude towards the importance of having the job done properly.

Luxury Renovation

After all excavation and demolition work the house was completely empty inside and ready for the renovation to commence. We worked closely with the architect and interior designer to achieve their coveted plans.

Fluenta Plumbing was also contributing with thoughts and ideas in areas where the architect and designer were unsure of and a design and construct method was needed in certain sections.

Nothing was spared, all brand new services such as cold, hot, gas, sewer and stormwater were installed. All the materials used were of the highest quality and of Australian standards.

This house boasted 3 bathrooms, latest designer kitchen, laundry, bar including ZIP tap, and an outdoor bbq area. All bathroom items were installed to the highest quality standard which provides the latest modern looking finishes.

By the end of the project, the owners recommended Fluenta plumbing to their neighbours, which were considering a similar project.

A brand new commercial build completed by Fluenta plumbing in 2019 and located in Roseville, Sydney. This build started from the ground up with another extension added on top.

Fluenta plumbing installed a completely new commercial-grade sewer system connecting to a grease trap installed by us and approved by Sydney Water. Adding to this, Fluenta also was involved in organising and liaising with Sydney water contractors to run a new sewer system into the property to comply with all commercial plumbing requirements.

All services including gas, cold & hot water copper pipes, were run exposed neatly along the entire restaurant for an industrial/ retro look and feel to the new restaurant. It consists of two bathrooms (accessible & powder room), a fully equipped commercial kitchen with the majority of gas appliances fitted, along with sinks, hand wash bays and a filtered water station. Included in the build was a new commercial-graded hot water system set up along with, a gas meter upgrade to cater for the large amount of gas a commercial kitchen uses. All plumbing work was inspected by fair trading and Sydney water and approved for work completed, as required.

The restaurant is up and running and ready for fine dining.

Our Community

Ararat FC was formed in 1988, starting out with one senior men’s team in the Gladesville Hornsby Football Association, the club now has a growing Junior’s programme including girls and mixed teams; a range of senior men’s teams and a senior women's team in the newly formed North West Sydney Football Association. Ararat FC has also taken part in a number of competitions in Australia and also represented Australia overseas in the Pan-Armenian Games, a multi-sport event held between competitors from the Armenian diaspora and Armenia from around the world.

Being a community based club, Ararat FC strives to provide opportunities for everyone in our community to participate in healthy, safe and inclusive football activities in a fun and family orientated environment. The club is managed by dedicated volunteer staff, all of whom tirelessly provide their skills, time and assistance to ensure that the club can offer a variety of structured programs. By fostering this sense of community through football, Ararat FC wishes to instill its values and ethics in the next generation of young Australians, providing everyone in the community an opportunity to connect, develop and create life-long friendships and relationships through the love of football, the worlds game.
